Golden Globe Awards 2009

Big wins for Slumdog Millionaire, Kate Winslet and Mickey Rourke. Slumdog took Best Picture, Drama, Best Director, Best Screenplay and Best Original Score making it a definate nominee and outright favourite for the Oscar in several categories. Kate Winslet's two wins have pushed her into contention and her late run may now be over yet and Mickey Rourke pulled off a good win against Sean Penn in the Best Actor race .
